About ReflexMint

What ReflexMint is

ReflexMint provides focused challenges covering reaction and decision speed, typing, repeated clicking and key presses, pointer accuracy, memory, and keyboard input. You can measure a visual response with Reaction Time, balance pace and accuracy with Typing Speed, work through increasingly demanding recall tasks such as Number Memory, or inspect physical key events with Keyboard Test.

Each tool is designed around a specific interaction rather than a single overall ability score.

How results are measured

Different tests use metrics suited to their task. Reaction and decision tests report milliseconds. Typing Speed reports words per minute and accuracy. Repeated-input tests use clicks or presses per second. Memory tests progress through levels, while Aim Trainer reports successful target timing and misses.

Keyboard Test is different: it is a session diagnostic showing pressed, released, tested, and unmapped key states rather than a competitive score. All results are calculated from the interaction received by the current browser; ReflexMint does not present them as cross-user population rankings.

Why results can differ

Device performance, display refresh rate, keyboard, mouse or touch latency, browser, operating system, screen size, attention, practice, fatigue, and environmental conditions can influence a result. Scores from different devices or environments are therefore not always directly comparable.

For a more useful personal comparison, repeat the same test under similar conditions.

Your results, your device

No account is required. Personal benchmark history is primarily stored locally in your browser, and ReflexMint does not currently maintain a public or global score database. Keyboard Test remains session-only.

Local history is not automatically synchronized between devices. Changing browser or device, using another browser profile, or clearing site storage can make that history unavailable. Google Analytics is used only according to the analytics-consent choice available on the site.

What ReflexMint is not

ReflexMint tests are practical browser benchmarks. They are not medical, clinical, psychological, or neurological assessments, IQ tests, hiring or certification qualifications, or diagnostic tools. A result should not be the sole basis for an important health or professional decision.

How we design the tests

The tests emphasize focused interactions, clear scoring, immediate feedback, practical explanations, and browser-local personal history where appropriate. They are built to work across keyboard, pointer, touch, desktop, and mobile contexts without requiring an account.
